San Francisco Q&A: ‘Should the city add more parking meters to ease parking demand?’

San Francisco Q&A: ‘Should the city add more parking meters to ease parking demand?’
Tim Kochis, 67, financial advisor, San Francisco: “I’m neutral about that, as long as we had plenty of available parking. I’m not opposed to people actually having to pay for it. It’s a good symbiosis between people who have no choice but to use cars, and public transportation. The use of the space being paid for one way or another by taxes for the municipal public transportation or by individuals who park their cars—I think it’s a good balance.” (Christian Watjen/The Epoch Times)
