San Francisco: Loose Scaffolding That Was Dangling Off Building at Battery and Clay is Cleared

Loose scaffolding was hanging off a building at the intersection of Battery and Clay on Friday morning, rerouting buses in the area and blocking traffic.

Fire workers have removed the material, reported KTVU.

The scaffolding was off the Embarcadero Center, above the 41st floor, reported ABC’s Matt Keller.

Battery, Clay, and Sansomme were shut down because of the dangling scaffolding, which is a window-washing rig.
