A brush fire appeared to break out in San Francisco’s Presidio near Crissy Field.
Twitter users uploaded photos of the fire.
One user said the fire was located near Sports Basement.
Jonathan Bloom with ABC-7 reported that “park police say one of the old gun batteries caught fire... Now, the flames are working their way through the brush.”
He wrote that smoke from the fire is visible from a mile away.
