The San Diego Comic Con 2014 tickets will be done differently this year. Four-day badges are no longer being sold, organizers said in a blog post.

The dates of the Comic-Con have been set for July 24 through July 27.

“The decision to move from a 4-Day badge option to single day badge options was to give each attendee more flexibility when purchasing,” they said. “Since we no longer offer a discount for purchasing all four days, the 4-Day option was repetitive and often lead to people purchasing a 4-Day badge despite not needing to attend every day.

“We hope this change will allow attendees to purchase only the days they truly need and maximize the number of people who can get a badge to attend Comic-Con.”

If you want to attend the entire show, just check the Preview Night box on the ticket screen, and all the other badges will be automatically checked.

Preview Night tickets are only available until one of the four days sells out.

Tickets aren’t being sold yet, but eligible attendees will get an email at least 48 hours before tickets are open to the public if you are a member. Make sure to “opt-in” in your email preferences.

Tickets are $45 for adults for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; $30 for Sunday; and $35 for the preview night.

Tickets are $23 for juniors, seniors (60 or older), and U.S. Military for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; $15 for Sunday; and $16 for the preview night.
