A 31-year-old man arrested earlier this month for allegedly videotaping sexual activity with a woman without her consent is an agent with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, San Bruno police said.

The suspect, Scott Michael Inouye, met the alleged victim while conducting screening activities at San Francisco International Airport, according to a news release.

On Aug. 11, the woman reported to police that she believed she had been videotaped without her knowledge while having consensual sex with Inouye.

Earlier this week, police reported that investigators had corroborated her report and arrested Inouye on suspicion of unlawful, surreptitious recording of sexual conduct.

Police believe additional victims may be connected to the case. Anyone who might have been victimized by the suspect can call police at (650) 616-7100 or [email protected]. Information can be left anonymously.
