Duck Dynasty’s Sadie Robertson says that she’s saving herself for marriage, but that it’s a tough thing to do.
The Dancing With the Stars competitor recently discussed about her choice and what it means for her and boyfriend Blake Coward, whom she recently celebrated her 10-month anniversary with.
“People are like, ‘It must be easy for you because you’re Christian.’ That doesn’t make it any easier for me,” Robertson, 17, told Us Weekly. “It’s something a couple really has to decide together.”
Coward, whose age hasn’t been disclosed, shares Robertson’s Christian belief--as do her parents Willie, 42, and Korie, 41.
“I don’t really date guys who don’t feel the same way,” Robertson said. “It’s going to be way harder if we went into a relationship having different opinions about that.”
Coward was “raised in the same kind of family” and worships at the “same kind” of church as her family does, Robertson said.
