Traffic on I-65 in Columbus, Indiana, slowed on Monday, Jan. 15, after a crash left an RV hanging over the edge of an overpass.
One southbound lane was shut down at the 68-mile marker while state police worked to remove the trailer.
Sgt. Stephen Wheeles, public information officer for the Indiana State Police, tweeted that one southbound lane was blocked, and police were preparing to block all the southbound lanes in order to remove the vehicle.
Around 1:30 p.m., he tweeted that all the lanes had been reopened.
He also tweeted a photo of what looked like a tow truck lifting the RV back onto the overpass.
On Monday, police and weather forecasters warned drivers that the roads were expected to be slick.
“Individuals should use caution or avoid those areas,” it says.
