The South Philadelphia home featured in “Rocky II” was placed on the market recently.

In the movie, Rocky Balboa buys the house with prize money earnings after he lost to Apollo Creed.

According to The Associated Press, the home is 1,036 square feet, with three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and the asking price is $139,000.

Real estate agent Joe Bianco told AP that the home was shown in “Rocky II” because the makers of the film “happened to like the front of the home and knocked on the door.”

“It might add to the allure of the house, but I don’t know that it would make people put more money on the house,” Bianco said, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. “It’s just something cool. I think people would like know about any house that has a bit of history.”

Alpha Realty Group said the home is “for all you movie buffs,” according to the newspaper.

The house has had only one owner since the film. AP reported that the home is being listed because the woman who lived in it recently died.
