Authorities have matched up a robbery suspect’s DNA with two separate rapes.
Mauricio Rosales, 32, was convicted of stealing money from his workplace in Queens last November and now is being charged with two counts of first-degree rape, according to NY1.
According to authorities, Rosalses raped an 11-year-old girl in Richmond Hill in 2000. In 2003, authorities also claim he raped a 19-year-old woman in Queensboro Hill.
Rosasio might be connected to several other rapes in the city, according to sources. He pleaded not guilty and will be back in court on March 4.
