In the Robb Report Best of the Best the world of luxury comes is narrowed down to the most exclusive of the most exclusive items. Be it the best Airplane or the most stylish Yachts (both to be found in the ‘Wings and Waters’ section of the Robb Report) or the fanciest leisure resorts in the world, they will all be found in the annually published ’Robb Report Best of the Best'.

‘And the Winner is...’ - for the cars section, the Ferrari 458 Speciale takes the laurels. Why did Robb Report make this decision - apart from the impressive 0 to 60 mph-performance of the Ferrari 458 Speciale that catapults the car to 60 mph in less than 3 seconds? The Publishing house´s Senior Vice President David Arnold answers the question saying ‘We are big fans of that brand. Partially it´s because they do things in a very unique fashion. The availability is very limited and there is always a big waiting list for every model coming out.’

Arnold thinks that Ferrari makes sports cars better than anyone else in the market, and that it is a special achievement the brand has been able to continue for more than 70 years. The Ferrari Speciale is priced at $288k for the basic version.

Rolls Royce on the move with ‘Wraith’

The report also mentions the new Rolls Royce Wraith that comes with a V12 engine and a more sporty look and feel to it than any Rolls Royce before. ‘This is a car that also attracts a lot of women and a younger clientele’, David Arnold is convinced.

Porsche 918 Spyder fastest Porsche ever

As the most expensive sports car in the market the Porsche 918 Spyder is mentioned. The first ever hybrid car coming from the German car manufacturer is the fastest car the Germans have ever made. It blasts the 0-60 in 2.5 seconds and sports 910 horsepower. That impressive performance also has a price-tag: The Porsche 918 Spyder starts at $845,000.
