Toronto Mayor Rob Ford defeated Hulk Hogan in an arm-wrestling match on Friday.

“The only reason he beat me is because he’s younger,” Hogan, 60, told the National Post, which said that Hogan likely threw the arm-wrestling match against Ford, who is 44.

After 22 seconds, Ford slammed Hogan’s arm on the table. But that was after Hogan shouted insults at Ford throughout the event. “Not only am I gonna rip your arm off, I’m gonna take your job!” he shouted.

“We used to let our young children win competitions too just to make them happy,” wrote one user on the Toronto Star’s commenting section.

“It’s the first time the Hulkster’s in Toronto, from what I understand,” Ford said. “I want to thank him for coming. This Fan Expo is going to be amazing.

The two arm wrestled as part of the Fan Expo Sports convention at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Friday.
