The daughter of David Cassidy, Katie Cassidy, was left out of the “Partridge Family” star’s will, according to reports.
Cassidy died at the age of 67 on Nov. 21, and he had recently reconciled with his daughter after they were estranged.
“(A)ny references to his ‘child or children’ are only to Beau and not to Katie ... It is my specific intent not to provide any benefits hereunder to Katherine Evelyn Cassidy and/or any descendant of Katherine Evelyn Cassidy,” his will reads, according to the Blast.
According to the publication, the will was left in 2004 and obtained this week.
He also left music memorabilia to half-siblings Shaun, Ryan and Patrick, The Blast reported.
Katie, however, posted his last words on Twitter.
“Words cant express the solace our family’s received from all the love & support during this trying time. My father’s last words were ‘So much wasted time.’ This will be a daily reminder for me to share my gratitude with those I love as to never waste another minute....thank you,” she wrote.
But he also told People that he was “proud” of his daughter.
