Remy Ma has reportedly been released from prison and was welcomed by husband Papoose. However, another report from The Source says she’s still in prison.

SOHH.com said she was out on Thursday morning. “Hot 97’s morning show reported that the former Terror Squad rapper was released from the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women in New York, around 8 a.m. on Thursday morning. Remy was greeted by her husband Papoose, in addition to her manager and other members of her entourage,” it said.

But The Source said one of its reporters spoke with an official at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility on Friday morning, and they said she’s still locked up.

“Her July 31st release date was delayed due to a pending misbehavior report that is required to be resolved before she can be released,” a spokesperson said.

It’s unclear when she will get out.

“I don’t know, the inmate was informed that the unresolved ticket would have to be resolved, how she communicated that to family and friend I’m unsure of,” the spokesperson added.

Another report said that Remy wasn’t released on July 31 due to a “disciplinary problem” on July 21.

In 2012, it was reported that 50 Cent reached out to her.

“50 wrote me a great letter when I needed my appeal and I needed people to send letters and make sure that I have things set up so I could actually come home early,” Remy added. “He was very cooperative to make sure that they knew everything was set up for me to come home [and] Keyshia Cole, that’s my friend to the end, I‘ll never forget everything [she’s done] to help me throughout the day. Those two was phenomenal -- and I’ll never forget things they did for me. There’s other people that did things that I'll never forget but those two -- pretty much [are helping me] come home early,” she said, according to SOHH.
