Rebecca McBrain, mother of Meadow Walker and one of Paul Walker’s former girlfriends, is supporting Walker’s girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell.
McBrain dated Walker in 1998 and 1999.
Walker, 40, died on November 30, 2013. He and Pilchard-Gosnell were going out for around seven years before his death.
Meadow lived with Walker and Pilchard-Gosnell in Los Angeles, having recently moved from Hawaii.
A source told ShowBizSpy that “Rebecca has been in touch with Jasmine.”
“She knew Meadow and Jasmine got along well, so she is keen to make sure she’s doing okay – if only for Meadow’s sake,” the source said.
“Even though Paul and Rebecca were only together for a short time, they shared a special bond because of Meadow – and she knows what a special guy Paul is.”
