Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Season 7 will likely feature both Phaedra Parks and husband Apollo Nida, according to a report.

TMZ said that contrary to recent rumors, Parks and Nida are currently filming and have been doing so for about a month.

The two are “trying to shoot as much as possible before he begins serving his 8-year prison sentence for money fraud,” the website says.

The filming is focused the couple’s relationship after he was convicted of fraud. Nida made a few comments recently that the two might be on the verge of divorce due to his prison term.

One rumor a few days ago said Parks would be leaving the show for Season 7 because she has to focus on her family in Nida’s absence.

Nida was sentenced a few weeks ago. The couple have a 3-year-old and 14-year-old.

According to People magazine, Nida complained that Parks didn’t show up for his sentencing.

“I mean, my wife didn’t even [expletive] show up for my sentencing, so I’m still kind of salty about that,” he said on a local radio show.

Nida also said he’s worried about what his children will have to go through after he goes to prison.

“I love my kids,” he said, adding: “Coming from a non-father, non-mother background, I think at the end of the day, I feel sad and disappointed that I let my little man down.”

In the fraud case, Nida also has to pay $1.95 million to the IRS, JP Morgan Chase, Delta Airlines, and to Texas, California, and Connecticut.
