Queen Elizabeth II was told her doctors to rest for at least two more weeks, forcing her to cut back her schedule, according to Buckingham Palace in a statement on Friday.

The announcement comes days after the Queen, 95, spent a night in a hospital. Last week, the monarch had canceled a trip to Northern Ireland but resumed duties earlier this week on Tuesday, the palace said.
