An illegal alien who was previously deported was arrested in Texas on suspicion of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old child.
Jose Hernandez was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child after his arrest in Conroe on Jan. 12. Officials said he was trying to flee to Mexico when he was captured.
