Powerball Sum Grows to $348 Million

The value of the Powerball, whose number is drawn tomorrow, is now at $348 million. This is the second biggest Powerball in history, after the record-breaking$1.5 billion Powerball in January, which was split among three people.

The value of the Powerball, whose number is drawn Wednesday, May 4, is now at $348 million. 

This is the second biggest Powerball in history, after the record-breaking$1.5 billion Powerball in January, which was split among three people. 

If no one draws the winning number on Wednesday, the value of the Powerball increases and another number will be drawn on Saturday. 

The chance of winning the Powerball is 1 in 292,201,338, according to the New York lottery, ABC News reports. 

The last winning numbers, drawn on Saturday, were 3, 12, 16, 32, 34 plus the Powerball of 14, and around 1.3 million people won small prizes amounting to $12.8 million, according to CNN
