A fiery crash in Pomona involving five vehicles has killed one person, injured 10 others, and significantly slowed traffic on Interstate 10.

The crash happened around 8:10 p.m. PDT on the eastbound I-10 and the wreckage soon became engulfed in flames and exploded, reported NBC

A tractor-trailer was involved in the accident. All eastbound and westbound lanes were blocked for at least four hours, but traffic appears to be running smoothly now

Pomona is east of Los Angeles and within Los Angeles County.
