Police are searching for a man who attempted to sexually assault a woman inside her home in Tustin, California.

The man is said to have followed the woman home from a Ralph’s store on Feb. 24 before trying to assault her, police told KLTA.

A surveillance camera captured the suspect on camera, following the woman around the store.

The man is described as white, between 20 to 30 years old and stands around 5-foot-8 tall. He has a thin build with curly or very short brown hair.

The woman said he approached her from behind and grabbed her around the waist, police said. The woman was able to resist the man, and he fled to his car. The car was a silver Toyota Scion two-door coupe.

“The female victim reported a male suspect approached her from behind and grabbed her around the waist area,” said Lt. Robert Wright, according to CBS Los Angeles. “The victim resisted and struggled with the suspect. The suspect fled to his vehicle and drove away from the scene.”

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact the Tustin Police Department at (714) 573-3250.
