Police are searching for an escaped inmate in Indiana after he climbed out of a second-story window of a hospital.
Shane Michael Allen Cates, 23, was being treated at the Daviess Community Hospital when he escaped on Monday night, Feb. 15.
Officers responded to a call from the hospital but were unable to locate Cates.
Cates is described by officials as 5'8", weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He was in custody for assault and aggravated battery.
