A man who apparently had too much to drink was spotted falling from a bridge int oa creek, as captured via a police dashcam.
The incident took place in Tennessee.
As the patrol car approaches the stopped vehicle, the passenger steps out of the truck and falls face-first into a creek.
The deputy then figures out that the two had been drinking.
Both men were arrested, and the driver was charged with driving under the influence. The man who fell into the creek was charged with public intoxication.
The man who fell down was not seriously injured, FOX8 reported. The footage was captured in late February, but was uploaded this month.
