PlayStation Plus: ‘ModNation Racers’ Available Through PS Plus, Replaces ’Smart As’

PlayStation Plus is offering “ModNation Racers: Road Trip” for the PS Vita, replacing “Smart As.”

The game went free as of Feb. 25.

“One of the most adorable kart racers around is entering the PS Plus Instant Game Collection tomorrow: ModNation Racers: Road Trip for PS Vita. Customization is the name of the game here, and you’ll be able to modify your character, kart and even edit tracks easily with the PS Vita’s touch screen. Best of all, if you enjoyed ModNation Racers on PS3, you’ll be able to download your creations and use them in ModNation Racers: Road Trip,” said PlayStation via its official blog. 

A number of other games went on sale as well.

Here’s a few of the games:

- “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City” (PS2) – $4.89 (PS Plus Price), $6.99 (Sale Price)
- “Diablo III” (PS3) – $35.99 (PS+ Price), $39.99 (Sale Price)
- “Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch” (PS3) – $6.99 (PS Plus Price), $9.99 (Sale Price)
- “Rayman Legends” (PS3) – $29.39 (PS Plus Price), $41.99 (Sale Price)

The entire game list is here. 

PS Plus is offering “Metro: Last Light” for the PlayStation 3 and “Outlast” for the PlayStation 4. However, they’ll be around only until next Monday.

Also available in February is “Payday 2” for the PS3 and “Street Fighter X Tekken” for the PS Vita.

The PlayStation Plus lineup for March will come out as early as the end of this week.
