Extell Development has released photos of a $27 million unit model three-bedroom, half floor unit, at One57.

Interior designer Jamie Drake outfitted the unit (58B), which is also available for purchase furnished—excluding the artwork—for $28.5 million.

One57 has 94 luxury condominium residences, where residents have access to the five star amenities at the building’s flagship Park Hyatt Hotel, which is located on the lower levels.

Residents of the building have access to a 24-hour doorman and concierge, a fitness center, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a library, a private dining room, and screening and performance space,

The towering residential skyscraper at 157 W 57th Street is now 80 percent sold. Some three, four, and five bedroom units are available for immediate occupancy.
