Cody Cousins, a 23-year-old TA at Purdue University, has been identified as the shooting suspect.

Cousins allegedly killed 21-year-old Andrew Boldt in a targeted shooting.

He is being held at the  Tippacanoe County jail. 

Contrary to some reports, Cousins has been cooperating with police, the university’s police department said.
