On the morning of October 16, Harbin city, China’s northeast industrial and economic center, suddenly became very dark. Around 10:00 a.m. the whole city became dark as the midnight sky. Vehicles on the road had to turn their headlights on. The sky was getting bright slowly after a storm about 11:00 a.m. on that day.
