At least one person was killed during a shooting near Phoenix High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia, on Monday, it was reported.
CBS Atlanta reported that two were injured.
Police said the shooting took place near the school on West Pike Street behind the high school.
The incident took place at around 12:38 p.m. ET.
FOX 5 reported that the school was placed on lockdown as a result.
Phoenix High School is located in Gwinnett County.
