A gunman has barricaded himself inside a rowhome in north Philadelphia along N. Darien Street on Thursday.
Police say that reports indicate that there are two children with him.
Police say the man has a handgun, reported NBC.
A picture of the scene shows at least six police cars, and over a dozen officers on the scene.
