A tornado warning was issued for Crawford County in Pennsylvania on Thursday.
The National Weather Service said the warning will last until 3:45 p.m., and it mainly affects the southern portion of county, located in northwestern Pennsylvania.
“National Weather Service Doppler radar continued to indicate a possible tornado. This possible tornado was located 7 miles southwest of Meadville... moving southeast at 20 mph. Quarter size hail and strong winds are also possible with this strong storm,” reads an update from the service at 3:02 p.m.
It recommended heading to a basement in the event a tornado hits, and people should try to get under a sturdy piece of furniture or a workbench.
