After Paul Walker’s death, Christian Bale was banned from riding motorcycles by his wife.

Since Walker’s death, Bale’s wife Sibi is “totally freaked out,” a source told the National Enquirer, according to ShowBizSpy.

Walker was in a car that was being driven by Roger Rodas. Police believe that speed was a factor in the fiery crash of November 30 that killed both.

Sibi “has always had a problem with Christian’s  love of fast bikes,” the source said. “She stopped him from riding them in the streets shortly after the birth of (their daughter) Emmaline eight years ago. Since then, Christian has limited his riding to the race track under very controlled conditions.”

The apparent ban also comes after Bale injured his arm in a December 2012 accident.

Sibi’s request is being heeded by Bale despite it being “a real struggle” to obey the command, the source said.

“Christian is obsessed with racing foreign bikes, but he adores Sibi and hates seeing her so worked up over what happened to Paul,” the source said.

“As tough as it is for him, Christian is going to quit racing for her. She rules their household with an iron fist, and his attitude is, she’s the boss.”
