A state trooper was shot in Oregon during a traffic stop on August 29.

The Oregon State Police officer was shot while conducting a traffic stop on Interstate-84, reported KATU

The shooting happened at milepost 106, which is 20 miles east of The Dalles.

Other officers are on their way to the scene to investigate. It’s unclear at the moment how bad the shooting was.
