Todd Robinson is famous in Guatemala but not in the United States. With Central America’s problems walking north in the form of a caravan that’s thousands of people strong, that is about to change.
Robinson is former President Barack Obama’s holdover henchman and former ambassador to Guatemala (2014–2017). Now, a State Department senior adviser for Central America, Robinson is aggressively working against President Donald Trump’s foreign-policy agenda.
