Obesity affects 41.9 percent of adults and 20.6 percent of adolescents, fueling diabetes, hypertension, and heart conditions that cost our healthcare system over $400 billion annually. These illnesses cut life expectancy, strain families, and burden communities, demanding serious, evidence-based solutions and a public conversation rooted in facts, not fear.
