The optics will be carefully choreographed: towering skylines, ceremonial handshakes, military precision, economic pledges, and polished displays of state power. Beijing understands spectacle. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has mastered the art of projecting stability, strength, and inevitability to the world.
