At a recent press conference on autism and vaccines held by President Donald Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., both claimed that the use of acetaminophen in pregnant women may be responsible for the rapid increase in cases of autism that we have seen over the past few decades. They have also made recommendations on when certain vaccinations should be taken, such as the hepatitis B vaccine.
