The winter storm that brought freezing rain and heavy snow to Ontario on Dec. 15 has left thousands in the southern region of the province out of power, as well as flight delays at the Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Hydro One’s outage alert shows dozens of outage cases, with nearly 3,000 customers in southern Ontario affected as of around 8:30 p.m. EST.
