Microsoft has pushed out a large update today for OneNote that adds a bunch of new features and improves security options too. The updates are for both iOS and OS X users and the downloads are now live.

With the update that went out today, you can now add files from any cloud storage service that supports the functionality in iOS 8. No longer does it have to be OneDrive and as you can see from the image at the top of this post, iCloud, as well as many others are now supported.

In OneNote, you are able to password protect sections of your notebook and with the latest update, you can now add and remove passwords from the iOS and Mac apps. Additionally, you can use TouchID to lock and unlock sections on devices that have this feature.

Finally, on the iOS side, you can now move and rearrange pages on your iPhone or iPad.
