A viral Facebook post titled, “OMG Look what teen girl did just to save her train ticket,” is nothing more than spam.
The post has a crude image accompanying it, and it has a “play” button over the photo, but there’s no video footage.
The post tricks users by asking them first to share it when they click on it. The scam is designed to get users to go to a webpage that will then be sold to other scammers.
The fake webpage than then be loaded up with bogus survey scams, malware, or rogue Facebook app downloads.
It’s not recommended to click on the post or share it.
