An Ohio mother allegedly tried to rob a Dollar General while her toddler daughter was left inside a bathroom, police said.

Mary Waguespack attempted to make off with $100 worth of items from the store while her 1-year-old was left unattended, Fox8 reported. She attempted to flee through an exit but set off an alarm, Cleveland 19 News reported.

The toddler was naked, according to the reports. A police report says that the child escaped the restroom and moved around the store before her mother “corralled” her.

Waguespack was arrested on theft charges and felony child endangerment.

The girl was picked up by her husband, and the two are in the process of a divorce.

Child services were notified of the incident.

Due to a conviction of child endangering in 2012, the child endangerment was upgraded to a felony of the fourth degree, Fox8 reported.

She is still being held at the Stark County Jail, and her bond was set at $52,000, according to jail records.

She'll appear in court next on Dec. 13.
