Flooding has hit Ocean City, New Jersey on Thursday.
In a noon briefing, the National Weather service said that a slow-moving coastal storm will cause flooding through Saturday in New Jersey and Delaware coastal areas, with waves building up to 14 feet offshore.
Two to four inches of rainfall is expected in some areas, with the possibility of more.
