As Obamacare enrollment starts, how do you sign-up?

The new system has set up something called the health insurance marketplace, where you fill out an application and see all the health plans available in your area.

About 20 states are running their own marketplaces, while the federal government is running the others.

You can apply to a marketplace one of three ways--online, by mail, on in-person.
