Obama $7,750 golf bag: President Barack Obama reportedly received a $7,750 Hermes golf bag from former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, a rug with a U.S. flag embroidered on it from U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron, and a slew of other items from world leader that he did not keep.

The U.S. State Department released a list of gifts given to the president in 2011 on Friday.

According to USA Today, Obama did not keep any of the items except for the least expensive one: a book entitled “Genghis Khan and the Making of the Modern World” from Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj. Obama accepted the rest of the gifts on behalf of the U.S. government.

In all, the Sarkozys gave Obama more than $40,000 worth of gifts, reported the Daily Telegraph.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel also gave the president a golf putter and a training console.

The rug Cameron gave to Obama was worth around $1,400.

In that time period, First Lady Michelle Obama got $22,000 in items and daughters Sasha and Malia got $6,000 in gifts, reported USA Today.

Sergio Cabral, governor of the state of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, gave Obama a $40,000 by artist Vik Muniz called “Marat (Sebastiao),” according to Yahoo News.

The most expensive item, a $52,000 blue mask sculpture, was from Gabon President Ali Bongo Ondimba, reported the Globe and Mail.

Yahoo reported that the total amount of gifts received were $243,970.96.
