[xtypo_dropcap]F[/xtypo_dropcap]our people were indicted on Thursday in the slaying of a Miami hotel executive last year while he was staying in a hotel in Westchester, according to charges made public by the FBI. Ben Novack Jr. the son of the owner of the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, was allegedly killed by two hit men in a plot that was arranged by his wife Nancy. The men allegedly were let into the suite where Ben Novack was staying by his wife who then handed them a pillow to cover Novack’s face while they beat him to death, the indictment reads. After the incident ended, Nancy handed the killers a diamond-studded bracelet belonging to Ben as a reward.

“The killing of Ben Novack was not a spur-of-the-moment crime of passion. It was the end game of considerable planning,” said George Venizelos, the acting assistant director of the FBI’s New York field office.
