NEW YORK—New York takes its semi-annual journey to the East with the start of Asia Week on Sept. 10. The internationally renowned event will see many art galleries, museums and auction houses involved, offering art exhibitions and sales. The Epoch Times has collected together some of the hottest auction house events happening during Asia Week. All sales are open to the public with pre-sale exhibits.

Sept. 9-13 - Public exhibition
There are 200 mini-masterpieces up for auction in this collection dating back to the 18th century. The estimated takings from this auction are expected to be in the millions.

Sept. 15 - Fine Chinese Ceramics & Works of Art
Sept. 9-14 - Public exhibition
This sale offers fine Imperial jades, ceramics and furniture; archaic bronzes; and classical paintings.

Sept. 16 - South Asian Art
Sept. 9-15 - Public exhibition
This sale of South Asian Art features a selection of modern Indian paintings, accompanied by contemporary Indian art and an eclectic group of Indian miniatures.
