The North Carolina vs. South Carolina on August 29 has been suspended from heavy rain and lightning, according to people at the game.

Randy Kearns, a faculty member at the University of North Carolina, tweeted out several pictures showing the heavy rain and said the game is suspended for lightning.

The field in his photos are empty.
