Shylin Olandea Neal, a 17-month-old toddler, was inside a vehicle when it was stolen in High Point in North Carolina, prompting police to issue an Amber Alert.

The theft happened around 9:55 p.m. at the Food Lion at 3935 Brian Jordan Blvd, according to the alert

High Point police said a white 2003 Chevrolet Suburban was parked outside the store with Neal inside when it was stolen.

Neal has dark blue, light blue, and clear beads in her hair. She weighs about 24 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a turquoise onesie with pink yellow and turquoise hearts and blue clog shoes. 

The license plate number is BJX-1565, and the license plate has an “I love wake boarding” sticker on the back.
