Nina Dobrev Has a Secret Boyfriend, Report Says; Back Together with Derek Hough?

Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev has a new love interest that she’s keeping secret for now, according to a new report.

Dobrev has been spotted out and about with a mystery man, prompting speculation.

Sources told Celeb Dirty Laundry that Dobrev might have a new boyfriend.

“Now, we can’t say whether this is a legitimate ‘boyfriend’, a fling, a hookup, or just some random dude that our sources saw her with,” the report said.

“According to her reps and everyone close to her, Nina Dobrev’s new boyfriend is a mystery.”

Also, some Vampire Diaries fans have been holding out hope that Dobrev will one day get back together with Ian Somerhalder, but the sources say that such a reunion is unlikely.

Somerhalder began dating Twilight star Nikki Reed earlier this year, and the pair are reportedly very happy.

On the other hand, their relationship has reportedly upset Dobrev, prompting reports such as one that said Reed got banned from the Vampire Diaries set on Dobrev’s request.

Hollywood Life said that Dobrev was contemplating not renewing her contract if the request wasn’t met. 

“It’s unlikely that Nina would try to get out of her contract in the middle of this season, but it’s something producers are worried about. It would be very costly for Nina to get out of her contract now, but things like that have happened before, so everyone’s walking on eggshells with her,” the source said.

“Not to mention the fact that Nina hasn’t signed anything for anything beyond season six.”

A Vampire Diaries season 7 is all but assured, but it’s still unclear if all of the three main stars--Dobrev, Somerhalder, and Paul Wesley--will be on board, particularly with all the drama involving the firs two.

As for the dating rumors, fans had different takes on it.

“I still believed it is still derek hough. secret for so many reasons. dwts is not yet over people and nina still with tvd. bethany mota and nina fans dont like both of them together,” said one. 

“It’s not a surprise that she keeps low profile on her bounding business as even her mother at some point went commenting her behaviour in papers,” said another.
