Despite reports to the contrary, it’s not “over” for Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell.
Reports of a split came after Nikki told the the Boston Herald that she wouldn’t move to Miami. She currently lives in Kansas City, with the couple dating long distance.
“There isn’t a move planned, but that’s not to say there won’t be a change in the next six months. This isn’t just a relationship between Juan and me, there are people to consider on both sides,” she said.
“I wouldn’t move to Miami, though. I don’t look cute in all that humidity!”
“It’s Over For Juan Pablo, Nikki Ferrell,” blared the Inquisitr.
“After six months of long-distance dating, Nikki tells the Boston Herald that she has no plans to leave her job and friends in Kansas City and refuses to move to Florida. It’s impossible to imagine how this relationship is ever going to work out, especially since Juan Pablo doesn’t seem eager to move away from Miami where his young daughter, Camilla lives.”
Many other outlets reporting on the comments similarly.
Boosting the speculation is that apparently Galavis shares custody with Camilla, his five-year-old daughter, with his ex-wife, so he probably wouldn’t move to be with Nikki.
But Nikki and Pablo appear to still be together and going strong, recently taking a trip to Bali together and regularly visiting each other.
Pablo noted that they use FaceTime a lot and also send each other text messages and videos.
Dr. Jenn Berman, who is coaching the two on Couples Therapy, said via Twitter recently: “Every couple goes through a negotiation stage after the honeymoon period. @JuanPaGalavis & #nikki are no different.”
