In front of 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium in London, England, Tom Brady and the Patriots (5–2) destroyed another winless team, this time the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0–7), 35–7. Brady threw for 308 yards, completed over 70 percent of his passes, but he also threw two INTs. Wes Welker had a big day receiving with 10 catches for over 100 yards and a TD. The Patriots were coming off a 59–0 win over winless Tennessee last Sunday.

The Indianapolis Colts moved to 6–0 with a one-sided victory over the St. Louis Rams (0–7) 42–6. Peyton Manning had three TD passes and Reggie Wayne led all receivers with seven grabs for 83 yards. St. Louis’s Steven Jackson ran for 134 yards in the losing effort. The Colts are now one of only three unbeaten teams remaining in the NFL.
