A boat has sank in the Mississippi River near New Orleans on Tuesday morning, according to reports.
The New Orleans Fire Department told NOLA.com that it is responding to the situation.
An unknown number of people were sent into the water when the tugboat capsized and were retrieved by fire officials.
It is unclear if there are injuries.
